dnac Project Consultants Inc. was established in 2005 as a direct continuation, and restructuring, of the internationally active firm DTN Schmid Consultants Inc. Projects currently underway include several multi-level, high-density residential developments, industrial and commercial developments and numerous feasibility studies. We are also pursuing other projects across Ontario.
DTN Schmid Consultants Inc. was established in 1991, incorporated in the spring of 1992, to show/demonstrate owners and developers the many proven advantages of the Project/Design/Construction Management system. Through the extensive experience of the company president, Daniel J. Schmid, C.E.T., numerous projects of various sizes have been successfully completed in Canada and Europe. These projects include land zoning issues, plans of subdivision, rehabilitation clinics, airport projects, and feasibility studies on various projects.
Due to an ever increasing interest in Project/Design/Construction Management services in Europe, a 'sister' company (DTN Schmid Projektmanagement GmbH, Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany) was incorporated. This company was incorporated in 1993 with Daniel J. Schmid, C.E.T. as acting President. Since 1993, DTN Schmid Projektmanagement GmbH has performed numerous feasibility studies, Project/Design/Construction Management, and site management on a wide variety of projects. These projects include shopping centres, McDonald's rest stop, various condominium/shopping complexes, factory and rehabilitation clinic.
It is also to be noted, that DTN Schmid Consultants Inc. was one of the first firms offering Project/Design/Construction Management services and to also provide their clients with Professional Liability Insurance - Errors & Omission for this type of service. Their qualification is based on the experience and past performance of the President, Daniel J. Schmid, C.E.T. In addition, projects both in Canada, and also internationally, have been project specific insured. This is a service offered to clients on projects being undertaken by dnac Project Consultants Inc.
