dnac Project Consultants Inc. provided Project/Design/Construction Management services to accommodate the ICF construction methodology so that the construction timing and budget could be economized for the building "shell". Total developable area of approximately 5,900 sq. ft. with an approximate construction cost of $ 450,000.00. Shell was completed March, 2008.
Marinaview Development, Kingston, Ontario
A totally independent health care community consisting of an 11 storey tower for independent seniors living, adjoining 4 storey regional quality medical facility, and adjoining 9 storey tower for assisted living. Total developable area of approximately 244,000 sq. ft. with a total development budget of approximately $30.0 million.
Electrical Safety Authority, Cambridge, Ontario
This project is a buildout of space for small businesses in a commercial facility owned by Electrical Safety Authority.dnac Project Consultants Inc. also expanded the offices of Electrical Safety Authority at this location without interruption to their daily activities. Total development budget was approximately $200,000.00. Construction for all facilities was completed end of 2005.
Babcock & Wilcox Co., Cambridge, Ontario
This project is an addition to their current facilities to house a specialized concrete batching plant for the production of specialized concrete containment vessels for spent uranium rods. Total developable area is approximately 3,700 sq. ft., with a total construction budget of approximately $1.4 million. Construction start was May, 2008.
